This question is on everyone’s mind in the Bradenton real estate market. Well, the Bradenton real estate market has been a buyer’s market for quite a few years but today there are definite signs on a return to a seller’s market. Inventory is low and prices are inching up. Of course, real estate is driven by the local market and subject to variables like home condition, location, and general appeal. Does this mean you can ask more for your home then what it’s really worth? That all depends on the buyer, because ultimately it comes down to what they are willing to pay for the home. And if a buyer is financing the home, would it appraise based on recent sold comparables? Another consideration is the pricing of new construction homes in the area.
